Golden Gate National Recreation Area Tunnel Preservation

Project Description

The project included preventative maintenance, lighting system replacement, and waterline and sewer line replacement in the one-way, 2,362-foot-long Baker-Barry Tunnel, and pavement preservation on 0.12 miles of roadway, parking area resurfacing and rehabilitation, and culvert cleaning in the Marin Headlands area of Golden Gate NRA, Marin County, California. Work was also performed on Bunker Road (including the Baker-Barry Tunnel), Field Road, Mitchell Road, and within the YMCA parking lot in the Marin Headlands.
