Cumberland Gap and Big South Fork Preventative Bridge Maintenance

Project Description

Repair of deteriorated expansion joints, concrete repairs, guardrail repairs, welding of existing sole plates to the bottom flange, and other miscellaneous work. Two bridges will be repaired in Big South Fork and six bridges will be repaired in Cumberland Gap. Both Big South Fork bridge are on State Route 297 (Leatherwood Ford Road) - Bandy Creek Bridge is between W. Bandy Creek Road and E. Bandy Creek Road and Cumberland River Bridge is between E. Bandy Creek Road and Old Litton Place. All Cumberland Gap bridges are located on US Route 25E between State Route 74 (Cumberland Avenue) and US Route 58.
