Newfound Gap Road Pavement Preservation

Project Description

This project consists of pavement preservation of Newfound Gap Road (US Route 441), from near the entrance to the Newfound Gap Parking Area (Milepost (MP) 14.76) on the Tennessee side of Newfound Gap Road to the southern Park boundary at MP 31.96. Work includes pavement preservation of the main road and pull-offs; partial depth patching, removal of existing pavement markings, crack sealing, permanent striping, and other miscellaneous work.
