Project Description

National Forest System Route (NFSR) 333 is in the Sandia Ranger District of the Cibola National Forest, just northeast of Albuquerque, NM. NFSR 333 provides access to the La Luz Trailhead, which is one of the most popular trails in the Forest. This project will include an expansion of the trailhead parking area, as well as measures to address numerous other safety hazards along the route, including resurfacing, restriping, and signing.
