Spout Run Parkway
Rehabilitation of Eastbound and Westbound Spout Run Parkway, Ramp to Key Bridge and Rosslyn Circle Ramp
All project work is complete. No further impact on traffic is anticipated.
The project consists of the rehabilitation and resurfacing of approximately 0.67 miles of the eastbound Spout Run Parkway, 0.71 miles of the westbound Spout Run Parkway, 0.15 miles of the George Washington Memorial Parkway (GWMP) Ramp to the Key Bridge, and 0.23 miles of the Rosslyn Circle Ramp onto the GWMP. The work includes asphalt pavement milling, full-depth pavement patching, Superpave asphalt concrete pavement overlay, concrete curb and gutter, steel-backed timber guardrail replacement, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous work.
This project was awarded on April 14, 2015. Major construction began on July 27, 2015. All work was completed by April 8, 2016.
