Raphune Hill Road Improvements
Project Description
Raphune Hill Road is one of the most important and heavily traveled roads on the island. The existing two-lane road consists of narrow lanes with sharp curves, which causes traffic to slow. The project proposes to widen Raphune Hill Road. Two build alternatives are proposed, a 3-Lane and a 4-Lane Alternative.
